Due to high demand, not everyone who requests a consultation is determined to be a good candidate for a procedure with us. To request a consultation pre-screen, submit the form below with your information and photos. We ask for patience as Dr. Novis goes through the requests every week.
Photo do's
- Use natural, in-room light
- Stand in front of a solid background, preferably white
- Take clear, full-face photos for front-view shots
- Pull hair back and away from face for side/profile shots
- Take a shot with your chin pointing down, eyes at your feet
- Include front, profile, and looking-down views
Photo don'ts
- Use a backlight or flash
- Smile; keep your expression neutral
- Use angled shots or shots from above/below
- Use extreme close-ups
- Have hair covering any part of your face or neck
- Wear glasses; they obstruct the view of your eyelids
In-person consultation
Any questions or concerns are answered and addressed, and we look over the procedural area to decide the best course of action. If you choose to move on, you receive resources to guide you before, during and after surgery plus your quote, valid 60 days.
Phone consultation
Our Surgical Coordinator gathers your goals and a thorough health history, then provides details on the procedure(s), initial and long-term healing, and the surgery itself. Photos are required at scheduling@currentfacialplasticsurgery.com. Call 843-371-1610.
Virtual consultation
For out-of-town clients, a video consultation over the internet. You will be sent a link via text at the time of your appointment; a webcam that records your face and voice is required. All clients submit the request form and photos first.
